Tank top season is upon us folks.
If you’re like me, that means paying a little extra attention to the bis + tris. And with the off-the-shoulder look dominating the fashion scene, I’m guessing you’ll want to target your attention there as well (baby got back scaps).
To help you get those guns ready to fire, I’ve got an awesome 7 Exercise Arm Workout video for you today.
This muscle-toning circuit was created by Runtastic Fitness coach Lunden Souza and it only takes about 15 minutes to do 3 full sets. It targets the biceps, triceps, and all sides of the shoulders.
You’ll need a set of 5-10 lb weights. Don’t be shy, if you can go heavier — do it! I promise you won’t get bulky arms from upping your weight a couple of lbs. What you will get is more definition and more metabolism-boosting muscle. Sound good?
If you don’t have weights, you can always use some large water bottles, heavy cans, or anything else to add a little resistance.
